Spectator gates will open at 4:30 p.m. and qualifying begins at 7:10 p.m.. Racing will begin at 8:10 p.m. with the APC United Late Model Series 100-lap feature starting at 9:15 p.m.. With a top-ten finish in every APC United Late Model Series race this season Steckly is looking for another good run.

I’m really looking forward to getting back to Sunset Speedway with my APC / CANUSA number 22. We had a good car there in the Spring but made some driver errors and I feel that we will have a really good car again this weekend. Going into the third last race of the season we’re starting to have a tighter focus on the points standings and where we want to be. Looking for another good weekend and to hopefully come out with the points lead,” Steckly said.

Kyle is currently 2nd in the APC United Late Model Series points standings, only 5 points behind leader JR Fitzpatrick. Steckly finished 2nd two weeks ago when the series visited Sauble Speedway and with this event being the third last of the season for the APC United Late Model Series, Steckly is working on a final push closer to the lead in the championship points standings.
