22 Racing App Secret Word Contest

1) NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO WIN. No submission of personal financial data, including bank account or credit card information, personal income, or other financial data, is necessary to enter or win. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

 2) SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD.  The contest begins at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time on September 7th 2019 and ends midnight on October 5th, 2019. There will be a total of five (5) secret words posted during contest period. 22 Racing Inc and 10546950 CANADA INC is not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind which may cause or contribute to a delay in receipt of an entry.

 3) TO ENTER. To enter this sweepstakes, participants must download the 22 Racing App powered by WorldCAST (App) and have collected Autograph Cards (Hero Cards) during the 2019 season from either Alex Tagliani, Marc-Antoine Camirand or Donald Theetge. Alternately those who wish to participate can send a self-addressed stamped envelope suitable for 8 1/2″ x 11″ printed items to Box 39 Milverton, ON N0K 1M0

Using the 22 Racing App, participants must view the secret words that they’ve unlocked on an augmented Autograph Card (Hero Card). They must then record the secret words or take a screen captures for reference. For a chance to win a prize, participants must go to the 22 Racing website to complete their entry form including all (5) five secret words. https://www.22racing.ca/22-racing-scavenger-hunt/ 22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any entry. By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

 4) WINNING; ODDS. Winners will be randomly selected from entrants who’ve correctly submitted the 5 (five) secret keywords and the required participant contact details by midnight on August 31, 2019 at https://www.22racing.ca/contest/. Odds of winning depend on the number of participants.  All decisions of this sweepstakes are final, binding, and non-negotiable. 

 5) ELIGIBILITY. This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Canada who are ages 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of 22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC are not eligible to enter or to win.  22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is not eligible, who submits false information, or for any other violation of these Official Rules or infringement of the rights of a third-party. 

6) PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND DECISIONS, CONSENT TO USE AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS. By entering this sweepstakes, each participant warrants that he or she has read and agrees to abide by all sweepstake rules and that he or she is not prohibited from participating in the sweepstakes. Participation in this sweepstakes constitutes participant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of 22 Racing Inc and 10546950 CANADA INC, its website, https://www.22racing.ca, parents, affiliates, employees and agents, which are final, binding and non-negotiable in all respect. Each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless 22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC its parents, affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any liability arising from or related to the sweepstakes, including without limitation, (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, Social Media Platforms or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (d) personal injury, death, and property damage; and (e) claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Further, participants fully and unconditionally release all claims for consideration, copyright infringement and all other claims of any nature relating to the use of their entry, name or likeness.   22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, suspend, or amend this sweepstakes and these Official Rules at any time for any reason without notice. 

7) PRIZE.  Winner will receive: Alex Tagliani Gloves & Signed Visor, 2 Tickets to Victoria Day Speedfest at CTMP – May 2020, AutoGlym Car Care Package, Mechanix Wear Package, Rustoleum Rock Solid Floor Coating Package, Inside Track Motorsport News Pckage, plus a Qwick Wick Fire Starter Package (Estimated Valued is $2,500.00). Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, and no prize may be transferred or substituted for cash equivalent or for any other prize or merchandise.  22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for any reason. 

 8) NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER. Winner will be contacted by email and announced on our 22 Racing website and associated 22 Racing social media networks. Winner announced October 12th, 2019.

 9) SPONSOR. This sweepstakes is sponsored 22 Racing Inc.: 22 Racing Inc. P. O. Box 39 Milverton, ON N0K 1M0 and 10546950 CANADA INC. 

10) WINNER’S NAME; PARTICIPANT MARKETING; MISCELLANEOUS. By entering this sweepstakes, participants consent to 22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC use of their first name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering this sweepstakes, participant authorizes 22 Racing Inc. to contact participant for commercial or marketing purposes via a Social Media Platform or any email address provided by a participant. 
 

11) WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.  In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in the 22 Racing App Secret Word Contest powered by WorldCAST, participants, as well as their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives expressly waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of participating in the 22 Racing App Scavenger Hunt powered by WorldCAST; and participants expressly agree to release and forever discharge 22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC, as well as their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, shareholders, employees, officers, directors, and representatives.  Participants understand and agree that their participation in the 22 Racing App Scavenger Hunt powered by WorldCAST is entirely at their own risk, and that they are aware of the risk associated with their participation, which may include, but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death.  Participants understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from their own or others’ negligence, conditions related to travel around the 22 Racing App Scavenger Hunt powered by WorldCAST or its locations.  Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless, 22 Racing Inc. and 10546950 CANADA INC as well as their affiliates, managers, members, agent, attorneys, staff, shareholders, employees, offices, directors, and representatives again any and all claims, suits or otherwise brought by participant or on participant’s behalf.
